Primark, a highly successful Irish company, operates 289 stores in 9 countries employing more than 50,000 people. When opening their first stores in France, Primark identified a need for a reliable, comprehensive, compliance solution to help ensure their legal and regulatory EH&S criteria were being met, including criteria for ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

Primark examined several solutions, eventually choosing Pegasus. We understood Primark’s specific needs, then gathered and reviewed all the relevant regulatory data and delivered their legal register for France. Since launching in March 2014, Primark found the Pegasus service a great support and have decided to use Pegasus to launch their legal registers for many of their international operations.

Pegasus equips Primark’s EH&S managers with the national, regional and local information and insight they need. It enables them efficiently and accurately to understand their legislative and statutory requirements. In addition, it enabled Primark successfully to pass corporate audits across all jurisdictions in EH&S areas, including the Energy Efficiency Directive.
